Decrease for Double Crochet or DC2tog (Double Crochet 2 together) decreases 2 stitches down to 1 double crochet.  I typically use what is called an "invisible decrease" because it's least noticeable in the work, especially when you're doing amigurumi.  See pictures instructions below.
